"When I followed up on my order (ORDER NUMBER: 26336254 - Feb 26), I was advised that something got wrong and should add the order again to the shopping card. However the instructions did not work and then I was told that my order is "gone". I worked several hours on the photo album to be told that I needed to re-do the entire album as they can not retrieve my order. At no point there was an apology for their error or any offer of redemption of some sort. I requested a refund - has not been issued yet. "

"The 5x7 was printed with white margins along the top and bottom. This made it impossible to frame. The larger print was as I requested it. Both prints were dark. I wish you would have notified me of this. I would have chosen to not have them printed and looked for other pictures. I feel I wasted $17. I have used Ritz before, but at a store and was always very pleased. Don't feel I will do this again. "
