"I've been a member of RitzPix for over 10 years and paid a subscription of $15 per month when I purchased a camera from one of their stores. I had accumulated close to $1000 credit. Last year, I spent weeks building a baby book for a niece and when I tried to check out, I could not get it to go through online. So, of course, I called to see if they could help and they explained that they were going through a change on their website and nothing was available...in fact, the project I had built was all for NOTHING! Was that posted on their website so people wouldn't get on there and spend hours upon hours building projects? NO!

I ordered a canvas lite (5x7) on April 3rd and paid $5.99 shipping (Ground). Never got the order, emailed customer service yesterday (Tuesday am) explaining that I never got it and needed it for an event in 5 days and would they please rush it. Got a reply the next afternoon explaining they could not get it to me on time. Really? They can't expedite a little 5x7 canvas lite when THEY screwed up?

I have never been dissatisfied with a product; however, more recently, shipping has been outrageous! Just in April, I ordered 3 glass photo ornaments that came shipped in a small cardboard envelope that cost me $20.97 in shipping charges for GROUND (10-12 Business Days). In addition, 5 canvas prints (8x10, 11x14, 12x16, 16x20, & 20x30) cost me a total of $61.95 for GROUND (10-12 Business Days). I understand I need to pay shipping charges but this is a RIPOFF!"

(1) Cover page of phonebook can only be selected at the end of design process - which is impractical because you have already used your photos for the content, and I found no way for back-tracking
(2) When I got book, font sizes in text boxes seemed different than expected from the look on the online design page. Please allow customer to print out preview pages to better gauge actual look of text size and picture layout. Hard to judge from the online design pages"
