"I uploaded a family group photo and the canvas came back - but too dark, and with heads wrapped around the top edge. I photoed it, sent an email and called. RitzPix responded- I submitted a revised photo and they redid the order with no edge-wrapping.
It worked very well. Nice to deal with a company that views customer satisfaction as their top priority.

"I have been doing family calendars for several years now. And now everybody in the family looks forward for the new calendar at Christmas. I love the ability to upload pictures and just place where I need them. I normally upload up to 80 pictures per calendar. While it is a great product and will use again. Here are some suggestions for improvement or for users to know before they embark on making a calendar.
1) Have the ability to copy events from previous years to the new year. Birthdays, anniversaries etc.
2) Increase the font size of the calendar days. Not readable well from a distance.
3) Re-instate ability to place pictures and symbols/emojis in individual days.
4) Have the ability to move the calendar portion to the edge of the page. Too much wasted space on current format.
5) Have the ability to add or delete Holidays "

"I have ordered thousands of $ of products over the years.... The website messed up on my initial order and there is no longer a phone number to call, only a email that only responds ~ 24 hours later... which is too late to get orders in by Christmas delivery for that specific product. Then on second try 2 days later, I started with another item on sale, the system would not give me the discount on both (even though it would of been 2 orders 2 days apart) so I again emailed (because I could not talk to anyone). After 5 emails back and fourth, I paid outrageous prices and no guarantee for Christmas even with the history. They claimed they could not see the history to change the $, yet on issue one, they could. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER AFTER 20 GREAT YEARS OF THE PRODUCT."
