"The reps were nice. However, your system is terrible. I tried to use the website to order a system and a single product, the emergency blemish product. Cannot order any individual products there even though in the skin category this product is recommended. Had used before, wanted more. Have email very same day saying “we understand” that you want to order products without joining, this is on my phone and I can go there and order the emergency product but not the full set. So dumb. I called, spent lots of time waiting for someone to pickup and had to tell story then connected to a rep. Get I hope what I want ordered after 25 minutes on phone. He had a script to read that was so stupidly repetitive, over and over.asked to get husband to approve credit card. he would connect me to put in my credit card info and said not to use # after each part, but then when I did enter, the message said to use# at end. Didn’t work, I apparently misentered number. He entered for me . Dumb."
