"Ordered an Eljer 1-Pc Toilet part, flush valve and the picture on their website is the item I wanted and part number was correct. But I received the wrong one which is 723x, a replacement. I dont know why they assume 723x will fit which has the grove on the inside and the rubber grips at the middle and not at the top. The 723x is one with a neck extension at the bowl which I don't have. Out $26.44 and the toilet is waiting for part or replaced."
"HORRIBLE. I spent $60 on a replacement heating element. Well, turns out, this part cannot be returned, even though it didn't work in my unit. Out $60. BEWARE shoppers. Do NOT order replacement elements unless you are prepared to eat the cost if it doesn't work. Even though you install it correctly with water, and not dry install, which they say risks the integrity of the unit. Once again, shoppers BEWARE!!!"
"I ordered some replacement parts for my Eljer Canterbury one-piece toilet, model #081-1620. In my order, I bought a "Mounting Parts Bag". This is the hardware to mount the fill valve to the toilet. I also ordered a replacement fill valve which already contains the necessary hardware to mount the fill valve to the toilet, so the "Mounting Parts Bag" was not necessary. This was not clear from the description of the parts of the parts diagram. Additionally, I ordered a replacement flush valve assembly. The website states that the OEM flush valve assembly (part 495-5514-00) is replaced by a "will fit" 723X. When I received the "will fit" 723X and tried to install it, it did not fit my toilet. The "will fit" 723X has a compression collar that would not seat at all when fully expanded.
After requesting a refund and a shipping label to return these items, I was asked to provide the model number for my toilet so they could confirm the parts. I provided the information but it has now been a couple days with no response.
Due to the unclear and incorrect parts list as well as the poor customer service, I am very unhappy with the service from plumbingsupply.com."
"What a joy it was to have ordered filler-valve parts for my 20 year old toilets from this company. I knew what I needed. I simply had no idea, after 20 years, what the model name of my Kohler toilet was. Now, I could have called a plumber and spent a huge amount of money on needless plumber's time (It was an easy fix - 3 screws and presto. I just needed the correct part.) or, I could try to find my toilet model on the web. What I needed was a Ballcock Repair Kit which fit my filler valve.

Literally a day and a half later the parts arrived at my gate, I installed them and I expect they'll last another 20 years. "

No invoice in the package, but they had emailed it promptly so ok, it saves some paper -- that's good, too. Even noted that because that part is not manufactured anymore they will remove the part from there web site. They gave me option to order a different part or refund money.
