Paid 95 dollars for a service call and 30.00 dollars for the same part. Cancel my order and refund my credit card. Never have I dealt with such an incompetent company. I ordered that part on a Monday, was reassured it would arrive the following Friday of the same week. I believe I ordered it on 10/12/20. Still nothing and look what you cost me. "I received everything I ordered in a timely manner. My only suggestion is the packaging. The ends of the box the pipe and fittings were shipped in were literally tore off. So, I would tape together the pipe into a bundle if shipping more than one and really tape the ends of the box shut with nylon strapping tape. I was amazed the fittings didn't fall out, but luck was on my side........I received everything I ordered without it falling out of the end of the box and getting lost in transit."

"Never order from this place! I ordered a toilet seat from here for a customer. The customer was mistaken on the color of the seat and noticed as soon as she opened the box. We inspected the seat before we would accept it and found it was intact and pristine. Otherwise we would have never returned it.
Miraculously, when the seat arrived at PlumbingSupply.com they found "hair, scratches and scuffs all over the toilet seat, and a couple of linear gouges in the toilet seat box." So they denied our return and are making pay to have it shipped back to us.

"These people are unprofessional and will rip you off. Ordered a toilet handle which is either left handed (standard) or right handed. They had a 50/50 chance of sending the right one, but of course sent me the wrong one. Although I have been a contractor for 20 yrs, they wasted several days of my time arguing about whether it was the wrong item. Handles only work on one side or the other, a 10 yr old could figure it out. After all the hassling, they finally tell me to send it back for refund. When I ask for the return address, they then refuse to accept the return and refund me. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Too many other places to order plumbing supplies. "
