"Appalling!! The company were quick to take my money for an emergency call out (called before 1 on a saturday) and then they called at 4pm and cancelled. They could not send anyone else until Monday!! How does that fit with their 24 hour emergency call out statement on their website?! Apparently they don't work sundays.......Needless to say I cancelled but cannot get my money back for 3-5 days."
