"I read reviews here before ordering.. I was a little weary but I did a lot of shopping around online and kept coming back to these guys. Bit the bullet, ordered a DMS4se Pro with UPS (im in Australia).. got the usual automated email straight away.. About 12 hours later my order had been processed and packaged to be sent.. UPS then sent me a tracking # (email) and I could see that they had indeed picked up the package. 2 days later it was in the oz. Recieved package on Monday 14th (ordered late Thursday 10th night). All in all an easy order.. I would definitely reccomend tracked UPS if you can."

"Ordered my product on the 8th (sunday night EST), got a confirmation Tuesday morning around 3am. Received the order 9 business days later (using the standard 3-6 day shipping process). All my items were in the casing, bubble wrapped, tried everything out and used their PDF guides and now I'm playing my backups just fine.

I live in El Salvador, Central America. I got my confirmation e-mail on Friday 13th (April) and got my item on Monday 16th (April). For my location i think that is really fast.
