"Ordered a Swap Magic set from from the website. The parts came packaged in a bubble-wrapped parcel post very quickly, about 4 days, as advertised. Upon installation, I found one of my disks would not work for unknown reasons. After talking to the support staff and attempting to fix the disk to no avail, the company sent a new disk at no extra charge to me. The new one worked just fine, and the service was great. The turnaround time from broken disk to replacement replacement was less than a week, including shipping."
