They emailed back pretty fast letting me know they were sending out a replacement part which I just received today."

"I've been looking for a Crokinole board I can afford for years so I jumped on Mayday's kickstarter when I discovered it. They were clear from the start that their boards are not perfect that's why they can sell them at the price they do. I'm very pleased with the two boards I got. They look and work great, with only minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Their cost saving measures in materials and craftsmanship again were well thought out to not affect the look and feel of the product without very close inspection. They are great boards. My only complain is that the veneer seem on one of the board's playing surface is a bit more rough than I though acceptable. My fingernail catches in it and its a bit jagged as veneer edges can get when not cut right along the grain. I contacted customer support to talk to them about it and did not receive a response after 10 days. In all other areas I am completely satisfied and got exactly what I expected. Its been so great to finally be able to play Crokinole at home!"

"Although shipping took ages, the product did eventually arrive (4 months late). The board had 1 gouge in the outter wall. Does not affect game play and some discs are not perfectly circular. Only reason for the 4 star.
