"The drive itself is great so far, but it took too long to figure out I needed a new cable. The USB-B cable it was shipped with would not allow the drive to mount when connected to my MacBookPro via an adapter (not usually an issue for my other external drives). An option to select which kind of cable to ship with the drive would have made this a 5-star purchase."

"Very recent purchase was ordered and literally seconds later I needed to change, however instead of changing the order the customer service person stated the order was already in fulfillment and couldn't be changed, mind you the website stated the item was in stock but in actuality, it was not, so I was tasked with a change not of my own doing.
