Awful experience.

"Ordered two iMacs 2 weeks ago.
Told one was not in stock after all.
Requested multiple time to find another.
11 emails later and still have no idea what I was charged, what is actually shipping, and can’t get any kind of reasonable answer. What a joke. Don’t bother with these guys.

Setting up was a pain -- shipped with old cable

"The drive itself is great so far, but it took too long to figure out I needed a new cable. The USB-B cable it was shipped with would not allow the drive to mount when connected to my MacBookPro via an adapter (not usually an issue for my other external drives). An option to select which kind of cable to ship with the drive would have made this a 5-star purchase."

Easy button only

"Very recent purchase was ordered and literally seconds later I needed to change, however instead of changing the order the customer service person stated the order was already in fulfillment and couldn't be changed, mind you the website stated the item was in stock but in actuality, it was not, so I was tasked with a change not of my own doing. The customer advocate (massive eye roll) Joel P. was not helpful at all. Case: 02604990 Stock Update for OWC Order L6744312-Q0001"
