I called 6 times; when someone finally answered (Indian woman with heavy accent) was promised a technician would call within an hour. That has not happened. I next sent 2 emails. I disputed the payment through my credit card."

"I ordered Microsoft 2010 Home and Student for download. I was sent an e-mail with the download link, I clicked on it, it ran for about an hour, and downloaded nothing. I left a message with tech support, never got an answer. Then I got another e-mail stating IVMshop was preparing my order -- I never got this "order" either. I sent two e-mails cancelling my order and asking for a refund to my credit card. No response except for this survey, which was not sent by IVMshop. I called today to cancel and got a bad connection to some lady who I think was in India and who wanted to give me a sales pitch instead of customer service, I told her nothing she could say would keep me interested and that I wanted to cancel and get my credit card refunded. When I insisted, she hung up. Don't do business with IVMshop, the company is just a small time, crooked extortionist."
