"Ordered QuickBooks through the ivmshop, only to find later that year that my license was not a valid one. It took at least a couple weeks to contact these people, and they sent me another license. After trying to register this one, I received a call from Intuit (QuickBooks) to tell me that this license was NOT legal either. I ended up buying a license through Intuit. Since then I have been promised and promised a return on my original cost from ivmshop, which was only "lip service". They ARE NOT planning to return my money for the illegal versions they tried to sell me TWICE.!!! I would HIGHLY recommend NOT to use this company for anything. Ignore the prices...they are a seedy company.!!!!"
"Order promptly filled, there were some moving parts in the download procedure that may confuse a more novice computer user, but otherwise no problems. The license to the Adobe product is stated to be a volume license which begs the question of whether I will encounter a problem with this in the future, but all good so far."

"Unable to contact vendor - Answering service had no information or help. Unable to install Microsoft Office Home and Student, spending over 8 hours trying to contact and correct. Finally contracted with another vendor to effect installation. A big mistake trying to search for the lowest price. No support service - and calls are just routed and rerouted and then hung up."
"My first order about 15 days before Christmas was refunded for a reason not communicated to me. I reordered 12/30/13. On that date I received an email to confirm some information I had given when I placed the new order???? On 12/31/13 replied to the email with the information requested. On 1/3/14 I received a call to call in this information in or reply to the email I had already
replied to. I replied again with the information requested and finally on 1/3/14 I received and email that my reorder was being processed. What a pain in the butt. It's now 20 days since I placed the first order that was supposed to be a Christmas present. An now it 10 days since I ordered again and it has not been shipped yet. What gives?
