"I ordered the product on-line and to download immediately. The company accepted my credit card payment, then said they had to verify same. I emailed them stating they have my money, I want my product. After several email exchanges, I never received my product AND they said they refunded my money. That was a lie! I emailed them asking why they refunded my money and that it was not deposited. They stated it takes several days AND they failed to respond to why they took my money, yet never produced the product I bought. Last I checked - STILL no refund. DO NOT USE THEM!"

"This site is a Canadian scam. The OEM Dell version of Windows 7 I bought from them turned up as a non-Genuine product after using it for about 1 month. In the initial phone call they blamed me and my system for the error (it is brand new and everything they suggested was done properly), then they request you to check something, then they are unavailable by phone and don't return your phone calls--ever. I will be reporting them to Microsoft and have the charges reversed on my CC. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK. "
"I purchased a Windows 7 Professional. The CD from Dell is genuine, but the COA (Licence) was removed from the bottom of a computer. So it already was used in an other PC. When I installed the software, the Key was accepted so that's fine for me (I hope there is no problem in the future). If you are looking for a brand new Windows Licence, I won't recommend you this option."
