The cost was as low as another source which included the price of shipping in their total cost and then said Free Shipping!! Both came out at $522 but I much prefer the honesty of the ivg.Store approach."
"After being pleased with two counter stools which I ordered from IVG two years ago, I decided to purchase another one, however with a padded seat this time. The chair arrived and was a different height from my previous two chairs due to a change in how the chair is now produced, which was finally discovered. I had multiple phone calls and emails with Elizabeth Johnson in IVG's customer service department trying to rectify the situation. I have to say that she went above and beyond in trying to be sure that I was satisfied with my purchase so I have nothing but good things to say about IVG's customer service. As for the chair, it is a very good product, but just looks different from my original purchase. "

"We ordered the Dover metal canopy bed in black. I had a mixed impression of the experience. Pros: The bed was easy to assemble (myself and a 9 year old assembled with simple tools) and looks beautiful, as pictured. Cons: As I figured out later, the queen size bed utilizes the same frame as the king/California king bed. This means that the frame is several inches (3-4 ") longer than the mattress. I first found this out AFTER assembly and was quite bothered by it. I tried calling customer service (it was the weekend) and got a "call back monday 8-5 recording". By Monday, I decided I could live with it and didn't try again to reach customer service. "

"Recently I purchased a computer cart at ComputerDeskShowroom, which apparently is an ivgStore.
I was very impressed with the quantity and quality of the selection. I had some specific needs in features and size and could not find anything remotely suitable anywhere else. What I ordered was shipped very very fast and arrived fine.
My only gripe is that the prices do seem a bit high. If you are looking for a simple consumer grade desk then you may want to go elsewhere. If you need something more industrial or commercial.. or you need something with unique features/size/configuration.. then this is the place to go. "
"I purchased a coat rack from IVG stores and although it was the right size, the color didn't fit with our decor as closely as I'd hoped. Customer service was extremely helpful in authorizing a return and made the process painless. I was very pleased that they kept in touch on every step of the process- first with a return authorization to an anticipated shipment date to a shipping confirmation code to a verification that the replacement had arrived and was satisfactory. That type of follow-up is really what sold me on using IVG again."

My order shipped two weeks early and the product met/exceeded my expectations. I did have a warped drawer that I called about once the bed was put together and they gave me NO problem with shipping a new drawer out right away. "What word descibes quality service? ivgStores! I had looked locally for a specific vanity and seat for my wife locally at 4 different vendors. All of which said would take 4 to 6 weeks to deliver. Finding this vendor online and stating the exact same product could be delivered before Christmas was all I needed to try.
I ordered on the 8th, recieved confirmation on the 9th that it would be shipped on the 12th and it appeared on my doorstep on the 10th. Note - The packaging had looked like it had never touched the ground from wherever it had shipped from!
Worst part about it was gettng it in the door without the wife seeing it and hiding it. :)
