Shipping became atrocious due to corona and it's not their fault. I lost 3 parcels and was refunded, but it took 3 months.
Apart from refunds their customer service is very unresponsive, I find it's easier for them to refund for "item not as described" than fix the description of an item to make it match the description.
Another problem is that they may forget to publish your review for items, even if you give 5 stars. Well, if they don't want their product to sell due to lack of reviews, it's their problem.
Unfortunately GB points aren't as useful because most items are in Clearance|Flash Sale|Supersale|Phoneapp category and GB points aren't applicable.
There is VIP center where you can sometimes buy stuff for $0.01 with points, but you need a lot of points i.e I bought Lenovo HE05 headphones for 1000 points.
Also check your local website (Russian, Polish, German etc.) they can have smaller price for the same item but shipment options are different and some items may not be available."
