I bought a product that had to be shipped after 15 days, after 3 months of my continuous requests the shipment was always postponed and the product never left their warehouses. When I asked for a refund of the € 146 advanced months before for a product that was not even sent, they refused to refund me, saying they could only give me credit to use on their site. Solved only with paypal dispute."
"I have ordered many times from gearbest and I was always happy with the service. I am usually waiting for flash sales to get a good price on items. Even when one of my orders did not arrive I got a refund without too much hassle. Also the customer support is friendly and quite fast considering the amount of requests that they might have."

I've had several issues with gearbest.com in the past 12 months. When it came to the two smaller issues, after a lot of complaining they refunded me in full - reluctantly. They were initally only offering partial refunds. Since September I've been waiting for a phone to be delivered - the inital order never arrived and they gave me credit to re-order, which I did. That phone never arrived. They keep saying wait another 20 days but they will not refund the money. I'm tired of waiting for so long. I'm now reporting their behaviour to any company they claim has accredtited them."

I placed two orders. On 10/14/20. Today is 1/29/21
One (20101400980508376774) for a “spy camera”. It was not as described and I asked for a refund. They jerked me around that it was “one of their vendors” and refused to take responsibility. Eventually, I filed a PayPal dispute. Finally, I was issued a refund for the camera ($31.99).
The second order (20101400980508374646) was for four items. One was shipped and received. Three items were NEVER shipped. They finally agreed to cancel these items.
I’m am owed $39.93 for these three items. That never shipped.
They refuse, claiming the $31.99 somehow covers both issues...
They have jerked me around for three months.
And now I can’t file a PayPal dispute.
I’m sure that was their plan all along. So, now I will file my complaint here."
