Never buy from them, it’s a SCAM SITE! I ordered a Teclast laptop on 27/11/2020, waited patiently, believed the lies from customer service that kept me waiting that they will finally deliver, and now, after 118 days (3&1/2 months!!!), after telling me that they will resend it for free, they finally admitted their lies and offered to refund me (they better do). I will post the dialogue with costumer service, which I have kept, to see how stupidly they tried to manipulate me. They tried to manipulate with lies their costumer that they deprived his money for 118 days for selling him nothing but air filled words. I also tried to save them and backed up to accept ( because they are not sending me the original order) an offer of another product with similar specifications, but said they are sorry, but.....blah blah!!!
They are a joke! They have this product still available in flash sale!
I am writing my review to help others to avoid the discomfort, fatigue and loss of time with this SCAM SITE.
I will review you the forthcoming episodes of my experience with them.
