"I ordered a pair of glasses they shipped me the wrong pair. Had to return them. Waited on another pair. But store was closed for an obscene amount of days due to holidays. Was told they would ship next day, then they closed for 10 days due to holidays. Still waiting on my glasses.1.5 months later. Can't call to speak to any reps. Emails don't get answered even though "they can be reached anytime". Only good thing is that they do have authentic glasses at a cheap price. "

"I ordered a pair of RayBan RB4741 sunglasses, I needed the larger frame wayfarer. I paid $95 which included shipping, that price is about 40% cheaper than what the pair retails for. I order on 6/3/12 and received them on 6/12/12, the processing time could be better, but as far as the merchandise goes, my pair was authentic, I had them checked. My personal experience was fine, and with the summer right around the corner I plan on ordering with them again. Again, this was my personal experience, hope it helped."

"I have to admit I was a little skeptical buying my new pair of raybans from eyenmore.com, but the whole experience was great for me. The glasses are exactly what I ordered and they immediately shipped them out and I received them about 3 days later. You certainly can't beat their prices. I have read some of the negative reviews on issues with shipping times, but I had the exact opposite experience and couldn't be happier. "

"Hey! I would like to let all of you know that I had great experience with this company! I had chosen one of the most popular Ray Bans which were soon fazing out. I had called in to make sure they were still available and they then told me that their is a very low inventory on it so they cannot guarantee me. I soon placed the order and was notified less than 24 hours later that they were out of stock in their local warehouse but they will be getting in this particular model for me which is coming from their overseas warehouse. I was very pleased to hear that Since other companies did not put any effort into getting them for me. I kept on being notified constantly via email with the most latest updates! Thanks again to the excellent service @eyenmore.com!"

"I ordered a pair of DG prescription glasses and it took about a month for them to arrive (NYC to Maryland). After receiving many excuses as to why they were delayed, it started to seem shady, but they finally arrived. Turns out the lenses didn't fit well, so I wanted to return them. I adhered to their return policy, mailed the glasses back, and they said they never received them. I've since filed a report with USPS and with my Amex credit card. This company is not honest. I still haven't been made whole. Don't buy from these people. They stole my money. "

"I purchased a pair of Oakley eyeglasses from them on July 31st, and come August 28th, I still hadn't received them. They kept telling me "they've been backordered and will ship in 2-3 days", which then stretched to 6-7 days. Since the price I had was so good I held on to my order, but with my upcoming trip overseas, I finally canceled my order and bought them somewhere else. They never contacted me to tell me my order was backordered, they never contacted me to tell me if would be longer than they promised; in fact, they never contacted me of their own accord, but only when I contacted them first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I never write bad reviews, but when I do, it's because they deserve them. "

"Eye N More is a total scam! I went on their website to order some glasses and when I looked through their inventory I noticed they had glasses that were listed for free, all you had to do was pay shipping. I ordered a few pairs of the sunglasses and paid my shipping cost. After two weeks I had gotten no reply from Eye N More and had not received my glasses. I contacted Eye N More and was then told that the glasses I ordered where not free and I had to pay over $80 a pair for each of the glasses and unless I paid that price I would not be sent then glasses. I was told the pricing was due to computer glitch. I wasn't sure if this was a legitimate claim or is I was being suckered so I went back on their site and the glasses were still listed at the same price. I contacted the rep and told them that the site was still listing the glasses at the same price and never heard back. In the mean time I was continuously getting calls from Eye N More asking me to pay the overpriced invoice for the glasses I ordered. I contacted Eye N More again by e-mail due to I never got an e-mail response from the person I was previously e-mailing but kept getting a call from someone else I had never had contact with. I finally got an e-mail stating that they would not send out the glasses unless I was to pay the $80 each for four pairs of glasses I ordered and they stuck to their computer glitch excuse. I then went back on their website and looked up the same glasses again and the price had been changed on the glasses to the stated $80 amount. I did a search for other glasses and low and behold there was another pair of glasses on their site that stated a zero dollar amount but you had to pay shipping. I ordered a few pairs of those glasses and paid the shipping cost. Just like the first pair of glasses I received an order confirmation but did not receive the glasses, then guess what...I got a call saying they had a computer glitch and I would have to pay more money than what the glasses were advertised for. This company clearly is involved in a bait and switch scam to lure customers in with their promise of low prices and competitive deals but then switches the price on you using two different means of communication and people via e-mail and phone call borages. They hilariously state on their website that they don't practice this kind of behavior and for the consumer to be wary of this from other sites...my guess is to dupe consumers into believing they are a legitimate company. DO NOT BUY FROM EYE N MORE and don't support this type of unscrupulous company behavior!!"

"I can't thank eyenmore.com enough,

I just wanted to say thank you for such an easy and straight forward purchase.

When my glasses broke while at school it was like my life shattered into a million pieces. To be legally blind with out my glasses and to try and work through that was a nightmare. Thank you for providing the replacement frames that I needed to restore my sight.

Thank you for a speedy ordering processing and helping in bringing back my sight. It's such a horrible thing to lose and thank I God for it every day.

"I had a great experience with eyenmore.com. I needed a Ray-Ban frame with clip on that was not manufactured anymore and found eyenmore on google with the best price. I researched them on google and resellerratings and even called them to verify they could get the frames and that their "in stock" was correct and not just a come-on. Well, spoke with Emma (who is absolutely fantastic, ask for her; also Paris was very helpful) who verified that the frames were "in stock and ready to ship." Well, you know how that goes. However, she convinced me that the frames were, indeed, ready to ship "1-2 days for handling and 1-3 days to arrive." Well, Emma told me the truth and it was exactly the timing that it took (ordered on 7/25, they emailed confirmation, and on 7/27 got email that they had shipped and got them on 7/30, Brooklyn to Central Valley California in three days!! I was skeptical as I opened the box (item(s) boxed nicely including a hardshell Ray-Ban case, cleaning cloth, neatly plastic wrapped) and it was exactly as advertised. My only slight complaint was that the clip on temple was different than my original clip (this is my second pair of these particular frames), but I think it looks better than the original clip on! Based upon my experience and the help I received from Emma, I can recommend eyenmore to others. Advice: stay far away from go-optic, who are liars and extremely rude (see their ratings). Ask for Emma if you wish, she is grand!!! Note: my experience may be an exception but their rating of almost 8 of 10 says a lot especially for an online specialty shop. Your experience may vary. But if you are wary, call Emma or Paris who are very helpful and quick to follow-up."

"I ordered frames from eyenmore.com on 2/14. The frames arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but were too small. So, I called eyenmore and asked to get an exchange. They were a bit hesitant (it took me some convincing), but they eventually agreed to cover the shipping of the new pair.
Fast forward to 4/6. This is when my replacement frames arrived. That's 53 days later!!! My replacement frames are fine. They have offered to give me a 5% discount, but I have yet to see that credit on my card.
So, initally, eyenmore was fine, but getting a replacement took 53 days, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service person I spoke to was friendly, but at the end of the day, 53 days for a replacement is just no good.
