"Overall had a very positive experience with eyenmore. I bought some beautiful Persol glasses with prescription lenses. The glasses look great. The lenses seem well made and I received the full retail package, complete with a nice Persol case, outer box, and cleaning cloth. The whole thing was a great value. If I could I would give this purchase 4.5 stars, with the 1/2-star downgrade being for rather slow service (17 days from order to receipt). Very highly recommended as long as you don't need instant service!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! I don't know who owns or runs it, but they are amateurs at best. It's been a week since I placed my order and I've either gotten no response to my emails and voicemails, or during the 2 times I've actually spoken to someone it's been awful. Despite customer service saying they had the product, they said their shipping department is back logged and I was "promised" it would be shipped that day and I'd get an email confirmation of such. Hasn't happened. I don't believe them and am despite my very badly needing this item I'm cancelling the order."
"I ordered a Pair of Burberry BE 1006 (#1012 Matte Brown) eyeglass frames from this website because they had them Listed as IN STOCK, along with the Lowest Price of $99.49. My Eyeglasses that I have currently had broken (Silhouettes), and just needed to get something fast, and evidently...This is not the place you should go, to get that. After 4 days, and spending $39.99 for UPS Express Shipping, The Order still said "Processing". I called 2 different days, and was told by a woman named Zena that They were going to ship out that day, or the next. (Both phone calls to customer service, with the same person handling them)..said the same thing. Today she said she would Expedite my order, and then I received an E-mail from Emma (On-line customer Support), that told me they would remove the Shipping charges cause they was on Backorder for 1-2 weeks. This is Unacceptable, as well as False Advertising. I wrote, and called and told them I expect a Full Refund, and will order these from another Website....thats Honest in Advertising their products. There is just too much of this these days, as People should be held accountable..for what they Advertise. The BBB will be contacted with this also, from me. I want Consumers to be able to Read this, and then decide if they want to do business with this company, like this experience I have had. Lied to....is just Plain wrong. "
