"I purchased a mobile phone from efox de and it was faulty, the phone arrived from China. After many emails and videos over 3 months I finally got to send back my phone to De. Now they say they have not received it.
They are rude and arrogant. They saw croon the video a faulty phone that world not boot. It made no difference.

"Worst shop I have ever used.
Bought a phone there about one year ago, the display had some brigth spots right from the beginning which were not enough reason for me to send it back right away. After maybe two month multiple things broke. One of them was the AUX Plug, which made me rutrn the phone.
I had to argue for more than two weeks with them, until the accepted to "check the phone". I sent it in and 5 weeks later i was told that I would have to pay the fix. After another 3 weeks of arguing they agreed into sending me a used replacement phone in good condition which I accepted.
What I received 4 weeks later (3 Month after I turned my phone in?!) was a good looking phone. But i noticed right away that something is wrong with it. After multiple checks I was clear about the fact that mostly everything was broken in the System. GPS-broken, Bluetooth-Broken, Camera-System failure 50% of the time,....
Now I am arguing with them for more than 6 weeks to get my money back. And all they offer me is a 40USD Coupon for their lousy shop.
Remembering the fact that I had a partly working phone for less than two month I am not even close to accepting this.
Please, never ever even think about buying something at this shop!!! Seriously..."

"Ich hab ebei Efox China 2 Handies bestellt. Die Lieferung kam schnell. Leider musste ich eines der Handies zurücksenden, da das Display nach 2 Tagen seinen Geist aufgegeben hat. Die Ersatzlieferung wurde von efox sofort veranlasst. Da ich bei Lieferung leider nicht in Deutschland war, wurde das Paket ohne Mitteilung von DHL wieder zurück gesandt. Daraufhin hat efox nochmals eine Lieferung versandt. Leider hat auch diese Sendung mich nie erreicht, da sie DHL verschlampt hat. Daraufhin hat efox auf eigene Kosten erneut ein Handy per Express DPD versandt. Und es ist endlich da und funktioniert.
Ich kann efox für den super Service und die WAHNISINNS-Geduld nur danken. DHL hingegen ist für mich das Letzte. Keine Infos bzw. zwiespältige (die Ersatzieferungen wurden angeblich ausgelifert. Nach Nachhaken waren sie dann plötzlich zurückgesandt und nach erneuter Beschwerde, waren sie dann plötzlich verschwunden. Komisch nur, dass dies nur bei den kostenlosen Ersatzlieferungen passiert ist, wo kein Zoll zu zahlen war ?!?! ) Nichtankommen einer Sendung hat also nicht immer was mit der Chinesischen Company zu tun ... Vielen Dank an efox. Gerne wieder !!!"

"Ich habe jetzt schon mehrere Male bei diesem Online-Shop bestellt und wurde bisher nicht enttäuscht. Die Lieferung ging jedes Mal schnell von statten und die ausgelieferten Handys (ich habe mittlerweile meine ganze Familie damit ausgestattet) waren immer sehr gut. Insbesondere finde ich es sehr praktisch, dass Efox manche der "China Handys" aus Deutschland liefert und man sich so die Zollkosten spart. Im Endeffekt habe ich weniger als die Hälfte für Top-Smartphones bezahlt und wurde genau so schnell beliefert, wie von anderen deutschen Online-Shops.
Ich habe aber auch zwei der HAndys aus China bestellt und hatte dort ein ähnlich gutes Ergebnis. Efox bietet nämlich gegen einen geringen Aufpreis eine Zollversicherung an. Zuerst war ich der Sache gegenüber misstrauisch eingestellt. Allerdings lief im Endeffekt alles perfekt: Handy mit Zollversicherung bestellt, Lieferung 6 Tage später, die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer (19%') zahlte ich an der Haustür), Bild von der Rechnung gemacht und von Efox das Geld via Paypal zurückerhalten.
So geht Service. Ich werde in Zukunft noch weiter hier bestellen. "
