"I booked a car in Melbourne but accidently booked for the wrong date in the earlier week. realised straight away and cancelled it, then it starts all the t&c cheat sheet. charge for this and that, refund takes a month blah blah blah. baically i paid half in cancellation. please speak to your local area car rentals directly instead of getting through third part."
"We booked with them because the price was cheaper than booking directly with car rental agencies. We paid extra for additional insurance, but when we picked up the car, the car rental agency said that this had not been purchased. Perhaps it's because the insurance is through economy bookings and not with the car rental agency. We ended up buying insurance again, this time through the car rental agency, so there was essentially a double up. When I reviewed all the emails I received from economy bookings, not one showed the price that we actually paid, never mind the breakdown of the rental plus the insurance. Overall, it seems rather dodgy. "

"Booked a car with Economybookings.com in Atlanta for a Dr. Appointment. Paid full price for the car reservation. I had a Delta flight from Miami to Atlanta. Delta Airlines cancelled the flight, but I found out only after I got to the airport. Immediately called Economybookings.com. to cancel my car reservation. Long story short, they would not refund any of my money because I didn't cancel 24 hours in advance. I send them all the documentation about the cancelled flight, but no refund.
So I paid full price for a car that I never rented."
