"I'm not sure if my issue is with Economy Bookings or with the rental car company, but here's my problem....
I booked through Economy Bookings, picked up and dropped off my car when and where I indicated on my rental agreement. I paid the amount requested from Economy. After checking my credit card statement, noticed I was charged an additional $400 from the rental car company. The rental car company said it was an additional service charge since I was dropping the car off in a different location. I indicated this was in my rental agreement with Economy and I had unlimited miles and did not agree to additional charges from the rental car company, as I had already paid for my rental through Economy Bookings.
Not happy if this is how business is done. I will not use this service or that rental car company again."
