No Response

"I ordered parts for a saw on Feb 16 and finally received them on April 26. When I ordered there was no indication that anything was out of stock, in fact just the opposite. I understand that their inventory may have been off and I waited patiently for about 6 weeks when I received an email that things had shipped. I waited a couple more weeks and nothing arrived and the USPS tracking number enquiry showed that ereplacement hadn;t yet gotten the package to the P.O. I repeatedly called ereplacement but couldn't get a person then I emailed and got an automated response and replied to the email as instructed but never got a response. Finally I was about to cancel the order and get my money back when the package arrived. It had everything I had ordered, they were the correct parts and it fit perfectly. Communication would have made the story better."

One down, one to go

"I ordered two items, one after another. I didn't think to order one of the items until after I had completed the first. Anyhow, upon ordering the second item I noticed that I could use a faster shipping method so I chose it and got the item by FedEx in a couple of days. This is not a reflection on eRP but the first order went by USPS and got hung up in our local distribution facility. Excuses have ranged from "maybe the package was damaged" to "maybe some hazardous substance spilled on it" to "maybe the smell of drugs was found", etc. Long story short, I am still waiting for delivery so I am wearing wrinkly clothing until my clothes dryer belts arrive.
General review: All parts I've ordered so far have been excellent. Installation schematics and videos (along with YouTube videos) have helped greatly. So 5 stars to eRP !

Old Craftsman rear engine mower Lives On!

"I've got an old Craftsman's rear engine mower that's been beat around pretty hard. I found a broken blade adapter on the mower deck while doing maintenance this spring and thought it finally might be done. Looked at a couple sites before I landed here. You guys found my model number right away. l looked through your schematics, found my part, you had it in stock and shipped to me in less than a week. It was an easy process and my parts fit perfectly! The old garage sale lawn mower lives on to mow another year. Thanks eReplacementParts.com"

"I had to make numerous calls to find out what the holdup was on my order was. They should be letting customers know when the order is not going to be delivered in a timely manner. I sat with a machine disassembled in my shop when I needed the space to work on other equipment. "

"E Replacement Parts and is so thorough and easy to deal with. This particular Ford part is seemingly negligible in importance but in actuality, not having it would make something as simple as opening a door a bit difficult. "

Best website for small engine parts

"Very happy with stubbling on to this website. I recently became disabled and can't work. I've always done small engine service/repair on the side for extra cash. Now it's more of a full time thing. This website makes it very easy to find the part you're looking for. They have parts diagrams with part numbers. Recently someone asked me to revive a chainsaw that was discontinued back in 2012 and they had all the parts I needed in stock. They box it up and get it in the mail quickly too. Even though the package has to travel across the country, I still get it in a little less than a week. Always my go to for parts. Highly recommend. "

Product arrived damaged

"Ordered a replacement crockery for a 6 qt crockpot that had cracked. Replacement part arrived cracked inside and out.

Had to place a second order and am waiting for that to arrive and am waiting for refund of the first order.

Activity is not timely, but customer service staff Susan M is very helpful and attentive on the telephone.

Good service, Bad part.

"In December of 2023 I ordered a crock pot lid part number 3215760. It was on back order so I didn't mind waiting. When I received it in April, the seal on the lid was warped and would not seal so I returned it and reordered. The second lid was just as bad, then I noticed I could see the seal was bad in the product picture on the web site. I don't know why they sold a product the was clearly defective. On a positive note, The customer support was very pleasant and easy to work with. "

Charged for missing part

"After getting off the phone with customer service regarding a part that was not included in my package, but that I had already been charged for, I WAS satisfied. I was told there would be a charge but then a credit on my card for sending me the missing part. There was a charge for $22.46 on my card, followed by a credit of only $15.10. I don't know what math they're using, but those don't look like the same number to me! So they short shipped a paid for order, and then charged me again for the part they didn't include in the original package. I am no longer satisfied."
