"Although my factory lamp was still good, I purchased a back-up for my 65" Mitsubishi DLP, because my son thought it was begining to dim after 2 years. Installed the new lamp from DM around Feb 2010. In may 2010 the lamp stopped working. I re-installed the factory lamp, and it works fine. Because I was initionally unable to locate the paperwork for the replacement lamp, I phoned them in August. They told me there was NOTHING they would do because it was over 6 months. For $150.00 I recieved about 5 months of service from the lamp. They were completely unwilling to even offer me another lamp at a discount. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TAKEN!!! "

Now its May 6th and no word on order, no confirmation of shipping, no notice on website about a back order. Website shows >100 still in stock. No help from customer service, just a recording that they are busy. I would recommend anyone stay away from this site. To top it off, tried to cancel order and website shows order processing and that it has finished processing or shipped so no changes allowed. As of now, no notification of shipping or anything else. Since I'm in San Diego, I ordered a bulb for local pick up. The hours on the website state they are open 7-3pm (pacific) on Sundays.
I called to verify that they were open and got their voice mail. (The hours on the voice mail differ from the website hours). Contacted "Alex" on their Live Chat and was told they are closed Sundays.
I'm glad I called as it would have been a 2 hour round trip.
Updated: Thought I would update the review to comment that I drove down to pick up my order. Got the bulb home and installed it into my TV's housing with help from the instructions (very easy). TV was back up and running in short order."
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their customer service said I would receive my item by Wednesday if I upgraded (for 12$) to two-day shipping. When I didn't receive my tracking number, I called back the next day only to find out they hadn't shipped it yet, and now I would be receiving it on Thursday (when my office would be closed). They then refused to send it next day (unless I paid), and they didn't care I was lied to."
