"Recently I orderered DLP lamp for my ToshibaTV. The lamp was delivered relatively fast, but the right housing braket with screw was broken. Called customer service, they told me that I need to send lamp back ( free of charge) and they will send me replacemtn lamp. I did as it was instructed, about 3 weeks later received replacement lamp. Opened it and was very surprised, it seems that it was carbon copy of the first lamp, or even it was my first lamp.
Contacted customer service again and asked how it is possible for me to get twice broken lamp when they checking all package before sending.
They offer me the same process as first time, then I asked if I can get replacement immedialy while they will be waiting for defective lamp, was told this is not a company policy. Asked if they can offer me any discount or some kind of appesement for sending 2 defective lamps, there answer was NO. Talked to supervisor the same result. Requested my money back and went to get lamp from different company."

"This company has the absolute worst Customer Service on the Planet.
They shipped me the wrong T.V. board and argued with me on who should pay to ship it back. They finally sent me a shipping label for over the road FEDEX. I had argued with them that once they had my return, they should be big enough to ship me the right part over night. A suprv. SAM said they would do that. Sam lied to me and instead DM sent the part over the road once again. I'm still without my T.V. 21 days later and the part is not supposed to be here till the 25th of Feb. Please avoid doing any business with these dishonest people.

"I found Discount Merchant using "Bing" and found a company whos web page was very easy to use. Seeing the bulb replacement tutorial on the site made it a "No Brainer" for me not to purchase the bulb only. My local TV dealer wanted $175. + taxes for the same option. "Never purchase from this merchant!!! I purchased a DLP bulb from this merchant after speaking with one of their customer service representative and being assured that if I paid an additional $25. for overnight shipping I would have it by the next business day. Well, it's been 3 days since I should have recieved the bulb. I tracked the package and was informed by FedEx that they did not have this package in their possession, Discount-Merchant had only created a shipping label and the package was never shipped out. I called Discount-Merchant customer service and was given the run around before being hung up on. I continued to call and finally was able to speak with a supervisor that had no answers and was told "He would look into it and call me back in 15 minutes, I have not heard back from them. It has been nothing but headaches and aggravation. they are not a better business bureau accredited company. Save yourself a big headache by doing a little research and reading the reviews on this company."
