Lifetime" warrantied batteries and paid twice the price plus for them, now Cycle Gear has selective amneisia and cannot or will not acknowledge these transactions and warranty of lifetime. Then I bought two set of tires recently and one is leaking down and your shop cannot attempt a fix because tire machine has been down for two months and I cannot ride motorcycle until fixed. By the way, this is riding season, if you are not aware. I have been a loyal customer for decades, what a disappointment. I and considering writing an "opinion" in my professional news letter and an insurance trade magazine.

However store looks like a bomb went off.
Merchandise all over the floor. Shipping boxes thrown in a corner of the store.
There was three employees at the store at the time I was there for my purchase.
Looked like they were all joking around and having a good time but store needed attention
in putting inventory away and picking up all of the items off the floor.
