"The pleasanton store doesn't carry very many options for gear and parts. Sure they can order it for you , but what's the point of riding all the way down to the store to have them order it when I haven't tried it on and it will take a week for it to arrive and 9 times out of 10 I can find what I'm looking for online for cheaper through someone else with faster shipping and I don't have to take 2+ trips to the store. If I need a quart of oil or some chain lube I'll go to Pleasanton CG, but for everything else it's either San Jose CG or online. Definitely need a cycle gear in livermore like the one in San Jose."
