"I went into Cycle Gear Cave Creek, Phoenix location looking for a pair of gloves and jacket for my son who so happened to get his first motorcycle after successfully passing his Motorcycle Training and getting his permit from the DMV at the age of 16. Safety is a big issue for me as a parent (other parents can agree) and communication. As I was wrapping up my purchases I inquired about the Bluetooth feature for helmets. The sales rep Ryan D was courteous and professional when informing me about the pros and cons of Bluetooth. He explained the benefits of having Bluetooth and what caught my attention was the quality of sound my son and i would experience when communicating (I paid closer attention), as we were using the Apple Air Pods and the quality was terrible in a helmet environment. The issue was the price tag as my budget did not call for it. He advised why not finance? It wouldn't hurt to try considering how i regarded the importance of communicating with my son while riding. Approved!!!! Awesome! Ryan's suggestion and being knowledgeable about the product and taking a genuine interest in my parental & budget concerns closed the deal. Now i am happily talking with my son and not having the anxiety of hearing or being heard clearly. Great store - great staff! - Thank you. "
