From there, our guy (sorry, I can't remember his name because it was about a week ago) offered his help and explained the differences and helped us choose the right helmet for me, along with the speaker/intercom system. As he was installing it, he explained how to use the system in detail, and added the extras on the helmet. He was amazing. He wasn't in a rush, and the other guy was also super friendly. It wasn't just a transaction. They genuinely cared if we had a good experience and learned something - and could use the equipment. They cared if we'd be back. So yes we will. :) "
