"I can't review the camera yet as it hasn't arrived, but I can comment on the ordering process. Probably the easiest order I've filled out.
I was given the opportunity to buy an extended warrantee at the beginning but after refusing it, the subject was never brought up again as would happen with so many other sellers.
I wasn't required to use my security code, on the back of my credit card as most sellers would ... which is always an uneasy feeling these days.
The number of items didn't increase every time I switched pages ... as often happens.
I wasn't required to enroll in anything in order to make a purchase ... as often happens.

"It was nice when placing the order, order was sent out the next day. However, when I opened the box, the len cap strap and the free gift was opened by someone before. I called back on Sunday 09/26/2010, this guy Brian Gordon was extremly rude, racist and arrogrant. After that incident with the Top Ranking Higher Manager in Central Digital name Brian Gordon, I will not buy item from this smaller company. "Prompt service and good email communication. Thank You, Central Digital for using a shipping box and adequate packing, because UPS apparently played football with the package. Fragile in large black bold letters on the box was ignored. The shipping box was crushed and ripped, but the Denon box inside was in good shape. UPS tends to demolish packages, often. I would use Central Digital again without hesitation. They package the product well enough to survive UPS."
"Read a lot of reviews most good some bad, I decided to buy the camera ignoring the bad ones. I placed my order on Saturday evening, they shipped it on Tuesday, I received it on Thursday. Not only were they the cheapest on line they were cheaper than the whole sale clubs by $25.00 not to mention to tax or shipping. I will be doing business with them again real soon."

It took them 4 business days to ship despite the expedited shipping option in place. I would definitely order from these guys again ONLY WHEN I can afford to wait. I did call the customer service a couple of times to verify shipping and they were useless and I'm being moderate there.
