"I cannot believe the arrogant manager that I just spoke to. I was told that the money for the returned camera that I bought from this company ( Central Digital) would be in me account today. it was NOT. I spoke to someone on Sunday Oct 3, 2010 and was assured that they had received my return on Sept.21,2010 and that it would be credited on Mon Oct 4, 2010 and would be credited to my account today, Oct 6,2010. The person i spoke with today told me the account had been credited on Sept, 21,2010 and that this was the STORY, there is no other STORY and just WAIT for my refund. 7-10 business days from Sept. 21, 2010. I asked to speak to a manager he said he WAS the manager and that there is no use calling back because this is how it is. YIKES , I will never buy another thing from this company and suggest that you think twice before you do too. The free stuff is junk and my camera was pre-owned even though it didnt say that i was buying a pre owned camera .Plus they charged a re-stock fee when I sent it back!!!"
