The depth of quality merchandise is impressive and I've only been satisfied with my orders. I just spent $130 and received a FREE tote bag they advertise for orders >$150. My order before the discounts was over $150 and find this small detail to hold high customer service points. Their sales all year round are amazing."

"I mistakenly shipped my wallpaper order to a former address of mine. Upon realizing as much, I called Burke Decor. After I provided the order number and the correct address, the girl there (sorry I forget her name) placed me on a brief hold. Within a minute or two she came back on the line and informed me that all was well. Despite that the order had already shipped, BD was able to redirect the item and it arrived on the initial delivery date.

"Very helpful and always available! After searching through so many wallpaper options on their website, I couldn't decide which one I liked best. I called them and they were so accomodating and they had sent me samples of each wallpaper very quickly. :) At the end of my shopping experience - I think I had called/emailed them 6 times requesting different samples or asking random questions...and they never missed a beat. My room looks awesome and will definitely be ordering more wallpaper from them in the future."

"Absolutely horrible business! Ordered a double roll of wallpaper and was shipped a single role. Mike at "customer service" informed me that the manufacturer changed their requirements AFTER my order my order and when I purchsed a double role (as per their site) it was really a single roll.
Update: they have now offered me a refund. As difficult as this was, I still wouldn't use them again. "
"I spent a lot of time combing the web for our son's nursery and then landed on burkedecor.com. Super unique stuff. My husband and I had to figure out how soon we could get a rug and wallpaper for our new nursery. I called in and spoke with Anya. She went the extra mile to help me figure out textures (hard to tell online) that would work well for children and to facilitate the order. THanks for making the choices easier!!! also scored a gift card with purchase which I cant wait to use. Room's installed and adorable, we will def order again with burke."
"Not impressed. Found a rug I loved..woohoo! I ordered it and received a confirmation of my order. I never received any shipping or tracking info. After about 10 days I contacted Burke Decor by email, and they said that I should receive the rug in about a day or two. I waited a couple of days, and a rug did come. However...it was not the correct rug. They had shipped me the incorrect rug. After I contacted them again, they sent me a return slip. So I packaged up the rug and hauled it to UPS. Fun...fun...fun. ????. I was then told that they do not have the rug I wanted, and that they will issue me a credit. Nine days after sending back the rug, I still had not received any credit, or any communication from the company. I emailed Burke Decor by email again, and they said that yes...they received the rug back 7 days ago...but it would take another week or two before they can issue refund. I informed them that that was completely unacceptable. If they can charge my credit card on the day I place an order, they should certainly be able to refund my money when an item is returned (especially an item that was incorrect due to their error/incompetence). I told them that I will be contacting my credit card company that day. What do you know...I got another email informing me that their accounting department was able to issue me my credit. So...my experience with Burke Decor was not a good one. I will not be doing business with this company again. Good luck to you if you do. The only reason that I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did finally refund my money...but their customer service should have known better than to tell a customer that they have to wait a couple of weeks to get their money refunded (when the error was due to Burke Decor...NOT THE CUSTOMER)! Ugh!"
"I will never even considering ordering anything from Burkedecor again. I bought a roll of wallpaper that cost over $300. It went on sale before it even shipped and so I emailed the company requesting a price adjustment. There was absolutely no response. Horrible customer service. Not to mention I found the same wallpaper for $30 less elsewhere. Horrible return policy that is completely illogical. Save yourself a headache and order from a company that actually cares about its customers and their satisfaction."
