Fantastic website and Support

"I have used this website for finishing touches to our lake house. And then when we redid our guest room, we bought everything we needed new from burke decor. We had to wait a little for nightstands, but I looked around and couldn’t find anything better. Plus free shipping on furniture is a huge plus, as was Taylor who helped us special order an extension for the pendant above our dining room table. Great service and I would recommend. "

Happy with purchase

"I researched the market for the console we ordered through Burke and they had the best price by far, and free shipping. The piece arrived white glove delivery within a week and it looks perfect in our foyer. I think better than we anticipated... Service was good and I had an overall great experience."

Don't Bother

"Ordered multiple items in early December for holiday gifts. All but one had the "ships in 1-2 days" icon. Credit care immediately charged. A week later with no notification of shipping, emailed them, only to be told that items typically ship in 1-2 WEEKS! Each item EVENTUALLY came one at a time, one arriving well after Xmas. Still was missing one item, necessitating ANOTHER email, only to be told that was sold out and would not EVER be shipped! Had to ask for a refund, which itself took several weeks, and was still about $2 short. Not worth my time to quibble over $2.
Will never patronize again.

Great products, prices... will be back

"I would recommend this site based on the product alone. However, I had a situation where I had to work with customer service bc my package was delivered to my neighbors instead and was MIA. This was a Fedex thing but Burke Decor went the extra mile to help resolve the problem and my package was traced within 24 hours. Strong recommend, and I will be back."

Horrible Customer Service

"This company is hit or miss. I ordered a christmas pressent more than a month before christmas. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to figure out where my purchase was. Turns out they never had it in inventory and they 'didn't know when it would be in stock again'. After a month of back and forth, I finally started the refund process. Luckily, they processed the refund fast, though it was for half of what I paid. This was for merchandise that they didn't even have in stock! What a load. I would not recommend this seller - half the time the order is awesome and delivered perfectly, but the other half of the time you'll be running through hell trying to figure out why something wasn't delivered a month after you purchased it.

Attempted communication on their end?

"Ordered some picture frames from them on 11/4/17. Received the prompt emails that they received my orders and that they were being processed. Then nothing for 4 days.....I emailed customer service and Megan at BD and she said that she would reach out to the warehouse and find out within 24 hours (this was Friday...that gave her until Monday), but no response. I emailed her again, no response. I called the service hotline after hours and left a voicemail with my order number. NO RESPONSE. Then, 10 days after my order was placed, my order shipped. So...I'm happy I'm at least getting my order this month (fingers crossed its right) but I would be very hesitant about ordering from this site during the holidays as it's likely you won't get your items in time."

Fast service/ super choices

"Yes you can shop westelm and cb2 and get stuff... but this website has it all and not mass produced knockoffs. I appreciated the individualized service I received from their team (based on ohio!). I ordered 4 serving pieces and one was cracked. Megan in service expedited the replacement for me and was on it. Stars to a great concept and customer care."

Customer Service is Awful

"Ordered a Newgate wall clock 3 days ago. They received their money from PayPal, I received a "your order is being processed" email. I sent 3 emails asking when my order would ship. Zero response from BurkeDecor! Reading other reviews, this seems to be their standing operating procedure. BurkDecor has a serious information communication problem. They should let the customer know at the time of purchase when the expected ship and delivery dates are. They are doing nothing to correct the problem which leads me to believe, they are actively deceiving their customers."

Return system is awful

"Having a customer pay a 5% restocking fee and for the shipping of a return because the item is not described properly is upsetting in this day of age. Took a long time to arrive as well. Representative was curt and impolite when called."
