"I ordered the same blinds about 15 years ago. The top rail failed as they don't sell replacement parts I ordered a complete new set. The top rail was fine but the blinds were too short and poor quality and let alot of light through and did not hang properly. Ended up using new rail and old blinds with replacement top holders from amazon."
