"I waited 3 weeks for a missing part. After several emails regarding a status of my part, the response was it was being looked into. Finally I called and expressed my dissatisfaction, I eventually received the part. Three weeks total to make a $300 order complete. "

Excellent Product and Great Price

"My wife and I have used blinds galore in the past multiple times. We always receive a great product in a timely manner. Also, the costumer service is extremely helpful. We use a big box store in the past and had more hassles than it was worth - not to mention more expensive. We will never buy anywhere except from blindsgalore! "

Great Price,

"We got a fantastic price on our order. We ordered two of the same blinds. The only issue we have had is the draw strings on one of them were perfect. The other one, they are far too short. to the point my wife has to find something to step on to reach them.

I emailed their customer service shortly after I installed them, and I haven't heard back. Yes I could attach some string or something to extend them. But it would of been nice if they would of made it right somehow even if that meant just mailing me new strings with an apoligy.

Other then the obvious problem with the control strings, the blinds themselves seem to be pretty good quality especially for the price.

"They arrived in good time and packaged well. My blinds were a tad long but it's ok because I was able to trim them to my satisfaction. So if you measure from top to bottom of window frame, that's what you'll get. They're ok."

GREAT product and GREAT customer service

"Ordering is easy! If I'd measured correctly the first time there would've been no need to contact customer service. However, I messed up. Luckily, BlindsGalore customer service was incredible! So helpful and fixed the problem extremely quickly. The blinds are fantastic. They all run smoothly, look great, are easy to sync with the remote, and they filter the light perfectly. The solar charger for the motor in the blinds is a great feature. The solar charger is easily hidden behind the top rail of the blinds so you never see it.
These blinds look great, run smoothly and quietly, and helped lower our horrible Florida summer electric bills a LOT. I am completely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend BlindsGalore for any and all window treatment purchases. They've made a customer for life with me!

Get your website straight!

"I spent hours researching what blinds I could order for our huge windows. When I put in our dimensions, the site would tell me which blinds I could order. I ordered several different samples before finally deciding on moving forward with a large and rather pricey order. After receiving an email that my order had been received, then another email days later that my blinds were being MADE, I received an email that they could not make those blinds in that particular fabric after all!? I continued to communicate with a sales rep via email for a couple of weeks, letting her know my frustrations about the website and asking her to find out which fabrics they could make these blinds in, since the website was no help at all. She finally got back to me after I emailed her again, asking. I ordered even more swatches…then when I finally decided which fabric to order, she told me they could not do the blinds in our size with those either…sorry. I mean, come on! Now, keep in mind, I was also shopping at the other competing big blind online sites, which I believe are all related. In the end, they gave me a refund, after I had to ask for it and for the confirmation. Do not shop here for anything over 120 inches wide! Even if it promises you online that they can…if you want one full roller blind on the roll anyway.
