"First of all, they had the lowest price for the guitar I was looking for. I ordered it on 12/2 (a Sunday)I received a call from them Tuesday, informing me that it was possible that the guitar might be delayed a bit but that I'd definitely receive it in time for Christmas. The next day I got a shipping notice and the guitar arrived by Friday!!! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my order, especially since it was free shipping. Thank you Beyond Eleven, I will definitely be ordering again in the future."

"I recently purchased a guitar from Beyond Eleven on line. The sales person was very helpful and spent a great deal of time searching for the specific guitar I desired. The guitar arrived just two days later and was better than described!!! "

"My recent purchase from Beyond Eleven was probably the hardest and most aggrevating in my 25 years of playing guitar...Their website is beautiful with full upscale functionality, but don't be fooled,I found out that avaiabilty status'are not updated...this caused me to select another similar guitar, I was told their were other available models in the warehouse, but the salesperson never follow-ed up to tell me what was available? Overall I was not impressed with the customer service form the sales dept... After finally selecting a replacement for the original guitat I ordered on-line, it took several days for the set-up and packaging to be completed. Then I called again to get a status and got the bad news that their was a blemish on the body of the guitar and that the case could not be found??? I was offered $100 off the guitar price and accepted it. I receieved the guitar in 3-4 days, the cardboard pack job did ok for the transit, but it would been nice if the orginal guitar box could of been used and then the outter pack box. Upon inspecting the guitar I did notice some black cardboard "rub" marks on the body of the guitar, not happy that now I have fix another problem with this order, then upon further inspection I could not find the whammy bar arm for the Floyd Rose Treemlo? Gee, another problem...back to Beyond Eleven Customer Service...well the salesperson told me that the tremelo could not be found and had to order a new one thru DBZ and Floyd Rose, and had no idea on when this part would be available? So, all all said 2-weeks after placing my original I am still not 100% satisfied with this purchased, the guitar is beautiful, but currently has limited playability. Further business with Beyond Eleven in my opinion is questionable based on this recent purchase experience."
