"This is my first time ordering from beyond eleven. I was very happy with the prices of the guitars and was overjoyed with the amount of left handed guitars they had. After I had placed the order there was a small issue with my shipping and billing adress. I was made aware of this through my email. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman named Scott. He was very helpful over the phone and explained what I needed to do. I emailed him back and I didn't get a response for 2 days. I did call back again and spoke to another worker and he informed me that my order was processed and shipped. Happy it was taken care of just didn't know why we lost comunication. I did wait 2 weeks for my order but for free shipping I can't complain. My guitar was packaged well and it was playable out of the box. The neck has a little fret buzz but no damage at all. I am very satisfied with the service and I would absolutely oder from beyond eleven again."

I ended up calling because I was worried I ordered too late and wouldn't get it in time. They were very friendly and helpful and I ended up receiving the guitar before the scheduled delivery. "I hate giving one star but after spending a lot of time to recoup 25 bucks from these guys for an overpriced Floyd Rose part, I am compelled to.
I purchased a FR replacement string block, better price than the FR website. As an after thought I added the titanium string inserts for $54, stupidly not checking around for pricing. I found that they were available from FR for $25 on sale (reg price $30.10). I contacted Beyond 11 via email (they didn't pick up the phone) the same day to try to cancel the order. Scott said it had already been processed and it could not be changed. Turns out the parts shipped out the next day - from the Floyd Rose warehouse!
Anyway, even though they have a price match guarantee, they refused to honor it and they will not take returns on parts. I guess my fault for not researching the price but they claim they are paying more wholesale for the part than FR sells it at retail so something doesn't add up. I was courteous and gave them plenty of chances to make it right and retain a customer but I guess they needed the $25 more...

Although the shipment was delayed a few days because of the Labor Day holiday, that minor inconvenience was made up by the fact that the guitar arrived in perfect condition and the pricing was the best in the country.
