" Never in all my years of shopping on line have I been asked to verify an order by calling the company ordering from. When all is said and done and everything agreed to I am informed they do not have the red camera ordered but only black. So that is agreed to also. Only later do I check around and find out I could have gotten my camera of choice cheaper. So now I am paying more for a camera I do not want because I agreed to. And how is you day going!!"
"I had a bad experience when I tried to buy a camera few days ago therefore, canceled my order after talking to a sales representative. He tried to upsell things what I didn't want to buy and acted little rude since I refused to buy.
Shortly after that, customer service department representative, Roger, called me and apologized for my inconvenience and tried to offer me a better deal. Even though I didn't buy anything from them, I felt he is reliable.
