"THis is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have emailed their "customer service" once and also called the "customer service" number and left two messages about my order. It has been 15 days and I still don't have my package.
I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

"I will NEVER go through this company ever again. I placed an order with them back on May 17th. They didn't have the product and they had no idea when they would have the product. They took the full balance due from my account the very same day. I contacted them on the 3rd of June, told them to cancel the order. They canceled the order, but I have been waiting for my refund check ever since, they have been sitting on my momeny, $242.40, for over 2 months. There was point that no one would answer my e-mails, and their phone number is a joke too. I had to send an e-mail and threat to report them to Better Business. I finally recieved a response on the 17th of July that a check was being cut and sent out that day. The next day I confirmed that they sent it and what address they mailed it too...haven't heard back from them. So here I am on the 31st of July not knowing if they cut a check or even mailed for it for that matter. I'm extrememly upset with this company!!"

They make you wait 15 days before they will ship an item (and they do not actually ship anything). They will be happy to get on the Better Business Bureau, but they do not ever refund your money.
