"HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Ordered item over 5 weeks ago. No item. Sent emails to try to find out the status of the item. No reply. Called to find out any information they could tell me, Got a recording but, No call back. Bad, seller; Bad site; bad service; Horrible company to do business with. Should be out of business by now. Stole over $300 from me. resellerratings.com should be ashamed to count them as a merchant member."

"I first emailed to get info about a product. I ordered the product, it was not what I wanted. So I sent it back within a week after I recieved it. It has been a month and I still haven't recieved my money back. I will not order from them again. I may never see my $75 due to me. I contacted customer service and they supposedly are looking into it. I have emailed them a few more times in reguards to this matter and still no response."

"After nearly 1 month with no notification from Benfranklin.com, I emailed about the status of my order. I was told (on 11/5) there was a delay with the vendor and that they hoped to have the products sent out by the end of the week. I cancelled the order and found the same item from another merchant and it was sent the next day. "

"benfranklin.com is a horrible retailer. Do not use this company. They will take your money and run and never send you any merchandise. I have been fighting with them for 2 months to get a refund on a product that they sold me, but was never available. This company lures you in with with low costs just to get your credit card information. Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. Stay away from this company at all costs."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this site. I ordered an item, read the shipping information. Assumed I would have my product in about 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks have gone by and it hasn't even shipped yet.

Now I am about to have 15 disappointed cheerleaders because I do not think I will be able to complete their bows (from my business) in time for pictures because I am waiting for this product. I wish I would have placed the order somewhere else.

" My review echoes what other reviewers are stating. This company, or at least its online portion, is not legitimate. I ordered some paints over a week ago and my order has yet to be processed. According to benfranklin.com's shipping policies, my order should have already shipped. I received no return from sending emails to customer service and their phone number goes straight to a voice mail message. I filed a dispute with my bank in order to have my money refunded."

"Two weeks after placing my order my items still have not been shipped. When I placed my order I purchased the last item in stock yet they claim they are waiting for my item to arrive before shipping. The website does not have a comprehensive help section and Emailing customer service takes four days to get a response. Had I known there would be so much trouble ordering I would have spent the extra .50 cents and bought from somewhere else."

"I can't believe that anyone can operate the way they do in this day and age. Very disappointed with the fact that after 30 days I still had not received my order. "They have the slowest service of any company I have dealt with. It took them over a week to even process my order. Two more days to ship it. Finally received it seven days later. It was over 2 WEEKS before I received my order, and it was not complete. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my entire order. I have emailed the company twice. Finally received a response "sorry about the inconvenience and your item will be shipped once we receive it". No mention on their web site that they were out of stock. I ordered from one of their competitors a day after placing my order with them. I received that order within five days of placing the order (it was processed/shipped the say day I ordered). "

I have called a left a message, when I call, I get the robot telling me to leave a message. I have emailed them, and gotten no response. I am now going to contact the bank to cancel payment.
