"I first emailed to get info about a product. I ordered the product, it was not what I wanted. So I sent it back within a week after I recieved it. It has been a month and I still haven't recieved my money back. I will not order from them again. I may never see my $75 due to me. I contacted customer service and they supposedly are looking into it. I have emailed them a few more times in reguards to this matter and still no response."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this site. I ordered an item, read the shipping information. Assumed I would have my product in about 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks have gone by and it hasn't even shipped yet.
Now I am about to have 15 disappointed cheerleaders because I do not think I will be able to complete their bows (from my business) in time for pictures because I am waiting for this product. I wish I would have placed the order somewhere else. "

It was over 2 WEEKS before I received my order, and it was not complete. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my entire order. I have emailed the company twice. Finally received a response "sorry about the inconvenience and your item will be shipped once we receive it". No mention on their web site that they were out of stock. I ordered from one of their competitors a day after placing my order with them. I received that order within five days of placing the order (it was processed/shipped the say day I ordered). "
