"I purchased one item from this company and got one email stating my order had been received. After almost two weeks and three tracking number requests. I have heard nothing from them. I'm hoping they are just busy getting all of the holiday orders out but I fear I'm being ignored and I will never get my item."
"I ordered several SNES extension cables. I received a bulk discount, which resulted in baysoftgames being the cheapest around. They had my order to me in 2 days! Ordered at 3:30 PM Wednesday, and it was at my doorstep at 11:00 AM on Friday.
Reasonably fair shipping (9.99 2 day). The only negative was that I did not receive an email confirmation about my order.
Overall, I'm very pleased, and will do business with them again!

"I'm holding off my opinion for now since I did get ahold of these people today.
Basically, they misspelled my last name and failed to put my street address on the order and Airborne sent it back to them because they couldn't deliver it to me once it got to Denver, CO (near where I live). If you're in Airborne's database from having previous stuff delivered to you by them, they can sometimes find you by how your last name is spelled.
BSG said they'd 2nd-day air it to me, so I'll know what my final opinion of them will be on Thursday, 10/10."
"Well as a hardcore Dreamcast gamer I purchased a RED DC Replacement Case, and a DC Dance Dance Revolution Dance Mat. I ordered them on Aug 13, 2002 and now its Sept 15, 2002 and have yet to recieve my order. First, they charged my debit card the same day I placed the order. I tired e-mailing them but they don't answer their e-mails. I tried calling but I always get their machine. Now, I have placed a complain with Yahoo Shopping, I suggest all the people who got screwed by this company to do so. The more Yahoo hears that this is a deadbeat company the more likely they are going to step in and shut them down or something. Anyways STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

I made an order for there brand new gamegear with ten games for $49.95 so I did order two unit. I got my order yesterday. First of all the package was missing on game gear unit and ten games. but it was full of junk that i have not ordered.
Also the ad said that the unit is brandnew never used . will the unit is far away from being new it also does not work at all. I will try to call the company today. and hope that my credit card company stand by me.
I contacted the company later and they agreed to refund the money which they did.

"Avoid this company like the plague!
My order from them came late, far too long for their 6$ shipping rate. Without notifying me, they substituted different items (with similar functions) for items in my order, because they apparently didn't have the ones they showed on their site, in stock.
Not to mention, they even left an item out, with no refund, no substitution, no NOTHING, except a hand-scrawled note in my box that read, "Sorry, we ran out"
Small recompense, but I hope that little bit of petty theft did them good, because bad customer ratings certainly will NOT."
