They replied it would be shipped in 3 days. I never received the product. On 3/08/04 I asked for a full refund. They told me they would refund my money by the next billing cycle. "I ordered a couple of items for my PS2 back in December of 2002 and paid with PayPal Their web site said these items were in stock. I Well I didn't hear or see anything from them for two weeks so I sent E-mail #1 asking them about the status of my order. I got no reply. I sent another E-mail and got a reply saying it was on back order and was expected within the next week. So I let another two weeks go by and no package. I set numerous emails and no response. I requested a refund and got no response. I tried to see if PayPal would help me out but since it had been more than 30 days since purchase they would not help. To this date I have not seen a package from them. So basicly they stole $40 from me. Beware purchase at your own risk."

They actually shipped everything that I ordered, complete, well-packaged, and in a timely manner. It was in great shape when it arrived.
I probably shouldn't be so surprised, but it's unusual to find that a badly-rated company like this one finally got around to doing things the way most others do it normally.
They didn't send me any kind of tracking number, or even notify me it had been shipped, so it was kind of a 'sit and wait' game, but at least they came through and came through CORRECT.
Perhaps they're turning over a new leaf...are they under new management or something?"

"I'm noticing a lot of negative comments on here regarding Baysoftgames, yet their Ebay ID (Videogamebargains) has a 94.7% positive feedback rating out of 12,076 sales as of today. Obviously, if those users took the time to rate this company on here, their Resellerrating would be tremendously higher.
With my particular sale, I won an auctin for a new PS2 Memory card with memory manager software. The auction ended at 6:52pm on April 8th, and I recieved the item exactly as described today, April 12th. They also sent a coupon code for free shipping on my invoice for a future order.
This is my first time dealing with this company, and though there is a disparity between their resellerrating and feedback profile, I would not hesitate to order from them again. Shipping was fast, it was packaged appropriately, and the price was right.

"These people are untrust worthy. I ordered four games from them by 2 day airmail on Febuary 16th. I did not get my packages so I emailed them. They email me back saying that my package was shipped on the 28th of febuary, but they had too back order one of my products (seems like they do that alot, huh?). Then I wait afew more days, and still no package. So I email them again asking where my package was. They tell me they will send it in afew days. But wait! They said they sent it the 28th! The lied! So I finally get my package. Now I am waiting for the back ordred game. I emailed them afew times and got nothing. So I send them an email saying I will sue them & also file a complaint with paypal. They email me right back the next day saying they will send it soon if I drop the complaint with paypal! So the complaint gets droped and that is the last I herd from them. I have called them and emailed them but they never get back too me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am going to file some more complaint eleswhere. Don't buy from these people! They ripped me off and they steal!"
"I purchased an item exactly one week ago and paid immediately with paypal. They emailed me later that night confirming the order and giving me a status number.
They're website says they would ship 24-48 hours later but the item wasn't shipped till a week later.
I tried calling numerous times and only got a machine. I tried emailing three times and only got a response once tonight.
Hopefully the items are in good shape, they are SUPPOSED to be new.
I am very dissatisfied, I expected shipment as stated by the website, and if that wasnt available, at least some kind of customer support."
