"Making a purchase with zoomcell was easy. Their website was clear and easy to navigate. The product arrived on time as expected and was packaged well, and as described. Unfortunately, it was not working as advertised. I contacted zoomcell's email support, and within 24 hours they replied with some suggestions. I tried the suggestions that they recommended, and was still not able to use the phone. I notified them that issues were still present, and they again replied within 24 hours, instructing me to return the phone for exchange. The next day I boxed the phone up and sent it out. Two days later USPS notified me that it had been received. I waited a week, and there was no response from zoomcell, so I inquired as to the status. Over 2 days later, they only responded with "as soon as we receive and process it we will email you and update". That day I notified them that it was received over a week ago, and there was no response for 5 days. I then asked them to provide either a refund or tracking number within 48 hours or I would be initiating a credit card dispute, and their only response was that I probably didn't include the necessary contact information in the box (which I did on a clearly typed sheet of paper per their instruction).
Zoomcell is a great provider, just hope that you never have to deal with returning a product. Their support goes from good to poor as soon as they have both your money and the product."

"Phone did not work properly when I tried to first use it. Called Zoom Cell right away to get support and was instructed to leave a message. I also emailed them and never heard back. I had to pay someone to help me out. Several days later I received a customer satisfaction survey and the customer support was extreemly rude in the emails exchanged and only offered sarcasism. Wil never shop or reccomend. I also spent the extra dollar to get the darn phone asap!"

Dissatisfied. I ordered an unlocked Cingular 8125 because I am an ATT user. I paid double what Cingular will sell me the phone for, and I received a locked phone. I have called Zoomcell's Customer Support 4 times and got voice mail, tried Live Support, which is "not available at this time" and no one is calling me back. I am leaving on a trip and can't use my phone."
