"This has been a horrible experience and at this point i will most likely never purchase a product from them again. Ordered a Motorola PEBL U6 on Sep. 11th and received in a timely manner Sep. 15th.(minus software and data cable which was supposed to be included. They said they are sending it out though) Item was all set in Italian. Not a problem. Switched over to English, but still some items on menu were permanently set in Italian. Disappointed but could live w/ it. However, after lengthy conversation with Motorola, it was determined the software for the main menu was faulty and because it is from overseas, Motorola cannot help and they dont warranty the item. Was told to contact the business from which it was purchased. At that point Zoomcell told us to send it back and they would replace it. So followed their instructions TO THE LETTER! And sent it back via UPS w/ tracking number and they have received the phone beginning of business day on the 26th and they will not reply to numerous e-mails. This company DOES NOT provide customer service. Communication is non-existent except auto generated replies. The whole thing has been an incredible hassle. Price may be decent (could have got it a bit cheaper on e-bay through a HIGHLY rated long standing seller) but the whole experience has now turned bad and I will not be doing business w/ this company again. And after reading reviews I am afraid I am now out of a phone that I paid for. We will be looking to file a complaint with law officials and FTC and PayPal if they don't replace the phone. "

"I was disappointed that I received a German phone and not a US phone, it came with an instruction manual written in German as well as a Euro charger wiht a US adpater that had to be attached separately. Customer service did not want to mail me a US Manual or a US Charger, hopeful that they will exchange phone."

1. charger for the v220 doesn't fit properly (loose), therefore doesn't charge.
2. earbud for V3 razr doesn't work.
3. Car charger for V3 razr is not the one advertized, sent me an older model. It works but is not as advertized.
