"Your service was excellent. The site was easy to navigate and to order from. (www.zoomcell.com)
I purchased a Motorola Razr V3. The order was shipped within 24 hours.
On the website, it stated free shipping for cellular accessories, but an extra 1.15 was added to the shipping charge. Michelle said this would be refunded, and it was refunded immediately.
The phone arrived in 3 business days (1/22) in perfect condition and perfect working order.
I am very happy with your company and the professional manner that in which this transaction was handled.

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, EITHER ONLINE, IN PERSON, OR EBAY. THEY HAVE HAD 90 NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ISSUES IN THE PAST THIRTY DAYS ON EBAY ALONE. I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR A PHONE ON 12/12 AND I NEVER RECEIVED, AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, BLAMING IT ON THE POST OFFICE. THEY WERE NO HELP, DID NOT ANSWER EMAILS, AND RUDE. THEY ALSO LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SAYING I WAS A THIEF (I PAID FOR PHONE, ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK OR THE PHONE). "- It takes too long to receive my order (a cell phone). Item still hasn't arrived (1/3/07)
I paid $19.99 for 3-5 day shipping cost. With this cost, It can be shipped via UPS or FedEx so customer can track the order.
- When click on the Order tracking link sent along with email from zoomcell.com, it returns with an error.
- Zoomcell.com does not has a phone number listed on the webpage so customers can contact. Why? I am really worry about my order. I don't know if I should purchase anything from this seller.
- Anybody know the phone number of zoomcell, please help. I want to cancel my order.

"This order has never been recieved. At first the seller said they had not recieved payment from paypal. When I created a claim with paypal the seller provided a USPS tracking number, and claimed that the product had been delivered. The tracking number turned out to be bogus (it showd a delivery two months before I had placed my order). I am still pursuing my claim for the money paid through paypal (I will not use paypal again either). Never again!!"

"I am still unsure that the phone I ordered is correct. I tried calling numerous times and sent an e-mail with my questions, but received no answers. Except for a general receipt message reply that my e-mail is being processed. I placed the order on good faith that it would be generated and correct. I felt that my back was up against the wall after not receiving any answer and christmas rapidly approaching. I hope the order is correct. However, If this message is received, I would still like to purchase an extended warranty that I was unable to find on the checkout. If this is possible please reply to this message or send an e-mail to ****@****"

"Sent seller 2 emails that went unanswered. Left negative feedback: "Contacted seller twice, but never received a response". Seller left me negative feedback: "BUYERS & SELLERS BEWARE! RUTHLESS LOW SCAMMER DISGUSTING EMAILS THIEF!!!!!!!!!!" Seller requested mutual withdrawal of negative feedback, stating "I AM SO SO SORRY I LEFT THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR YOU BY MISTAKE, IT WAS MEANT FOR A BUYER WHO SCAMMED US, WE HAVE REQUESTED ITS WITHDRAWAL FROM YOUR PUBLIC PROFILE. IF YOU WOULD AGREE IT IS REMOVED." The withdrawal means "the feedback you received AND any feedback you left for this transaction will be withdrawn at the same time." Obviously, the seller left me negative feedback on purpose in order to get his negative feedback removed. When I refused, the seller accused me of not paying for the item, even though I had proof of payment from eBay, Paypal, and my credit card.

Look at feedback left by zoomcell for buyers on Nov 20, 2006. Several negative feedbacks left with same message: "SICK & DISGUSTING EMAILS! BLOCK THIS LOW THIEF! BEWARE! HORRIBLE THREATS!" This seems to be there standard response to negative feedback, regardless of the situation.

I would advise not doing business with this seller. Extremely unprofessional and dirty!

"Ordered and payed for item on ebay 10/25/06. Phone did not arrive until 11/14/06. Tracking number was never scanned so was unable to track package. Seal was broken on box. Looked to be used or refurbished phone. Items in box had been repackaged.

11/22/06 Although item paid for and confirmed through paypal, seller now claims payment not received in an attempt to force me to withdraw negative feedback.

Seller will not succeed in such dishonest intimidation tactics. Beware of these crooks.

"I ordered a Jabra JX10 Luxury Blacktooth Headset, received a confirmation #, tracking #, and UPS shipping #. Then today I got 2 E-mails, one saying the product is compatible with my cell phone and the other saying:Dear Karen,
"We have credited your money for the amount of $89.99, since we do not have
the item requested in stock." I am upset that it took them from the 11th to the 15th to figure out they were out of stock and do not anticipate getting any more or even want me to contact them.

Bad business practices, NO TEL. # either, just their wharehouse address.

"I ordered a Motorola KRZR K1 phone and it was shipped right away. Unfortunately, there was the software disk missing and I sent an e-mail to support. I had a reply from Bill advising me that it will be shipped right away. I am happy the way they handled my order and I feel confident in ordering with them again.
