"I ordered a costume about a month ago. I waited 3 weeks before sending them an email. Since then I have sent 4 emails that have gone unanswered. I have also tried calling them but get 2 rings then a busy signal. I have had my credit card account number changed because I suspect fraud. I discourage anyone from using this company. AKA SMI Sales."

"This is the absolute WORSE company that I have ever dealt with in my life!!!! I purchased two costumes on October 9th and paid extra for quick shipment. I became concerned and tried to reach them via e-mail and phone and noone responded or answered the phone! I finally get irate in my e-mails and they decide to send my package out on October 20th which is too late. Now I'm stuck getting this package that I don't want or need anymore and I have no recourse except to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Oh, this company is run by SMI Sales. Everyone remember that and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In short, they smell like an old pair of socks after a week under your bed! STINK!!!!!
