"I was hesitant to get a guitar through the mail, not played, never seen one, all that. Well, it arrived with a free case, strings, capo, picks, hygrometer in the case, and a tuner - oh yeah, 4 packs of strings. The Guitar - Peaches - sounded great right out of the case. It sounded as if it had been seasoned for several years. It came with Fishman electrics which sound great. Every gig I play, someone wants to know about that guitar. I usually let them play a bit so they can see how great these guitars are.

"I received my ZAD50CE-MHGY back in June 2021. Waited several months because of the model selected, but it was well worth the wait. The guitar looks and sounds great right out of the box. I am an older player and have some arthritis in my hands and needed a guitar that had a light touch and was easy to play. The Zager is perfect. I lowered the action a bit and the guitar maintained intonation. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to the slight difference in the string spacing, but now I love it. I have 4 guitars to choose from and I always pick up the Zager first (and usually stay with it). I grabbed my previous acoustic recently to compare and couldn't believe how hard it was to play. Not an inexpensive guitar, but I sold it because I knew I would no longer play it now that I have the Zager.
Quality, value and service from Zager have been great. Send an email any day and get a response almost immediately. Easy to communicate and eager to please. I have never owned a Martin or a Taylor, but it would take a lot to get me to change. Not going to happen. I highly recommend Zager."

"I've played guitar for 55 years. I've played Takamine, Taylors, Martins, Gibson, Fender, and Guild. My ZAD80 CE really is the easiest playing guitar I've ever picked up. The materials and workmanship are excellent and the instrument is absolutely beautiful. But the best part is the perfect tone and intonation, and that warm mellow cedar top perfect for fingerstyle, yet responsive and powerful enough for pick strumming. "I am a proud owner of a Zager Easy Play ZAD-900 MCE AURA/N Guitar. This guitar has a beautiful rich sound and close-consistent play action. Coupled with the easy play string spacing I can focus more time on improving my guitar playing. I had been playing a Martin 000C-6RGTE Cutaway Auditorium with the Aura System for many years. My new Zager guitar is noticeably easier to get good crisp and clear chord sounds. I had been following Zager easy play guitars on the internet and often considered purchasing one. Finally earlier this year Zager offered a free accessory package with the purchase of a guitar. That was the incentive I needed for me to order this guitar. I ordered the ZAD-900 over other Zager guitars to get a better quality sound. I am glad I did.
A drawback was that I had to wait for Zager to manufacture my guitar. I was expecting to have to wait three months to get my guitar; It took over four months. Delivery was impacted by the Virus Pandemic. After paying up front for the guitar I thought I would get status updates along the way. They did respond quickly with status after I enquired toward the end of the third month. My guitar was finally received without the accessory items or a status when they would be delivered. Upon an enquiry, I was advised of supply issues. I receive the incentive accessory package a few day later."

"As a several times over failed beginner musician my wife's Chinese guitar got me started but, it wasn't going to help me succeed. Born in 1957 have followed Folk and Alt. Country forever. I have several friends/fraternity brothers who are really good musicians. My ZAD-50, gave me a beautiful sounding instrument, American made, and all of the aesthetics in the World. Free hardshell case and leather strap was gravy. I doubt there is a better price/value guitar line out there. PS Eay Play is real!"
"I purchased my Zager ZAD900CE nearly two years ago. I was a child on Christmas morning when it arrived (albeit a slightly older child). This was as rich a sounding guitar as I have ever found. I dug right into Mr. Zager's lessons library (which deserve high praise in their own right) and started making what sounded like a song. I followed Mr. Zager's tutelage and lo... it became music! Over the past two years, my ZAD900CE has only gotten better with age... one day I hope to do as well. "I ordered my Zager guitar online in April. I had never purchased a guitar this way and was hesitant, especially given the lead time in receiving the instrument. I exchanged emails every couple of weeks asking for updates, and true to their word, I had a reply within 30 minutes.
I received the guitar last week, and it is a beauty - I emailed Dennis Jr. and inquired about the action. I took it to my instructor and luthier on Tuesday. He was genuinely amazed at the quality and said he was envious that a guitar with the construction and sound of the Parlor for $795 could be made in today's market. We lowered the action a bit, and I have to say I was delighted with the sound. I have also tried using my slide, and it is a charm on this guitar.
