Fast Transaction, Smooth Transaction, Fast handling/ delivery, used fed ex for parcel service (Very good for electronics), I paid $5 for NTFS formatting to save time as I wanted to put this item into direct use - the drive came formatted, but corrupted/with errors... So I had to format the drive myself. It works great now. I would consider this a valued seller (under the assumption that I do not hear or experience any other service glitches similar to the formatting error I encountered)

"This store is selling junk! The 3 key boards I ordered were all non functional with respect to the programming feature. Software for the keyboard does not work as advertised. I have tried to contact the mfr for bug fixes in their software but their website doesn't exist. There telephone numbers have been disconnected/gone out of business. You should remove this product immediately from the yahoo listings!"

"Ultimately I am very unhappy with the service I received. I ordered an internal hard drive, which arrived and did not work in my machine. I called, and spoke to a very friendly person who said that he would rush me a second drive overnight and not charge me shipping because of the inconvenience, and I could return the first drive and get refunded for it. The second drive also did not work in my Mac (wouldn't input or output), so I returned both of them. I got refunded for the cost, but I got charged for both shippings.. a total of almost $100!.. I called to get the second shipping charge reversed (a $50 charge), but they would not do that. Nor did they do what they promised, which is to try and find out why the drives would not format on a Mac... so in the end, I have 0 drives, and $100 out of pocket costs. I will now have to order a drive from some other place, and pay shipping costs yet again!"

I guess they have to restock it so they can ship it to another unsuspecting customer.

"Cooler Express is a terrible merchant. They didn't let me know when I could expect the product to arrive and when I finally received it, the product was broken. I put it in my computer and the computer immediately shut down. Their return policy is bulletproof and the price they charge to ship a "cheap" part allows them to send you a broken part and still make money if it's returned. Though the part doesn't work, I am keeping it because I fear if I return it, another customer will get into the same situation with the same non-functional part. A summary of my experience follows.
