The following day they replied, we haven't shipped your item yet and cant tell you when it will ship. I had to order from another company and was able to get it the following day. "
"I bought an expensive compressor, discovered immediately that it has defective.
I originally wrote out the entire experience in this review, but have condensed it to keep it simple.
Zach Electronics needs to modify the way they deal with returns of defective merchandise.
Overall it cost me a lot of time and some money (shipping both ways), and it was a real hassle even getting back my original purchase price for the defective gear, as I had to go jump through hoops in order for them to NOT charge me a 15% restocking fee.
They sell great gear. I just had a bad experience."

"I ordered a power strip online. I then called and told them I needed it by a certain date. The guy told me no problem. I asked if I needed expedited shipping for an additional cost and he said no. My product is shipping out of Chicago and since I live in Chicago, I should get it in a few days. When my expected delivery date passed I called them for an update. After looking into it they told me my order was never sent over to the manufacturer in Chicago to ship it to me. They told me they forgot but they could call "right now" and get it taken care of but I would get my product after the new year... when I absolutely had to have it before.
I ended up ordering it on Amazon and paid for expedited shipping costing me double the money had these inept employees done their job."

"I ordered 3 hard to find parts from this company. According to their website, they had an abundance of the parts I needed. I received a shipping confirmation listing all 3 products on the order, but only received one. I called to ask about the order, only to discover one of the parts are on back order for a couple of weeks still. All 3 will ship separately. I will likely not order from them again, unfortunately. (Zack Electronics' product listing on Amazon also shows that they have them in stock, which is what lead me to order directly from them.) Not impressed."
